How does the free plan work?
Start with the Free plan at no cost—no credit card required. You can use all Free features indefinitely. When you need more stores, devices, or team features, upgrade to Premium.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
With yearly billing, you pay $300/store/year (equivalent to $25/month), saving $60 compared to monthly billing at $30/store/month. Both plans include the same features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Your account will revert to the Free plan limits at the end of your billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes! You can switch your billing interval through the billing portal. When switching to yearly, you'll receive prorated credit for any remaining time on your monthly plan.
What happens if I exceed storage limits?
You'll receive a notification when approaching your limit. You won't be able to upload new media until you delete files or upgrade your plan.
Do you offer discounts for multiple stores?
