By accessing or using Trikome's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our service.

2. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our service for your internal business purposes. This license is conditioned on your continued compliance with these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws
• The accuracy of information you provide

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the service (product information, images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

6. Payment Terms

For Premium subscriptions:

• Billing occurs monthly based on your subscription date
• Prices are per store as indicated on our pricing page
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until period end
• No refunds for partial months

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide notice when possible for planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trikome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
