How do I link a TV to my store?

Open the Trikome app on your Apple TV, note the 4-digit code displayed, then go to trikome.co/link and enter the code while logged into your account.

Can I use Trikome on Android TV?

Currently, Trikome is available exclusively for Apple TV. We're exploring other platforms for future releases.

How many devices can I connect?

Free plans include 1 device per store. Premium plans offer unlimited devices.

How do I update my menu?

Make changes in your Trikome dashboard. Connected TVs will automatically update within a few minutes, or you can force an immediate refresh from the Devices page.

What image formats are supported?

We support JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. For best results, use 1920x1080 resolution for full-screen media.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account > Billing and click "Manage Subscription" to access your billing portal where you can cancel anytime.
